Doctors Without Borders

Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières confronts humanitarian crises without taking sides, providing aid based on need alone. This international organization delivers medical help to people whose survival is threatened by armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care or natural disasters. Doctors Without Borders missions currently include targeting the Ebola crisis by setting up a 120-bed management center in Liberia and providing psychological and medical aide to displaced civilians in Gaza, Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria.
