Airbus Sees Growing Asian Market for Bizliners

Airbus Corporate Jets says it anticipates an annual market in the Asia-Pacific region for about five bizliners, the smaller of which start at more than $50 million, not including the price of completing the interior. The majority of these jets will be sold in mainland China to replace existing aircraft and provide for growth. The European consortium expects to win at least half of this market and has so far taken orders for about 20 ACJs and other bizliners for Chinese customers.
