Gulfstream V Released from Congo

The GV that had been detained in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) since February 4 has been released and returned to the U.S. along with the remaining flight crew and passengers, according to Arcadia Aviation, which manages the aircraft. On March 15, the co-captain and flight attendant were allowed to leave. No charges were made against any of the passengers or the flight crew, said New York City-based Arcadia Aviation, and the U.S. Department of State, the U.S. Embassy in Kinshasa and the DRC helped with a "diplomatic resolution to this situation."
