More Bizjet Providers Announce Holiday Specials

Charter broker Blue Star Jets is touting prices for a variety of one-way flights that it labels "holiday specials," though a spokesman for the company told BJT that no expiration date applies. Among trips being offered: East Coast U.S. to Mexico on a super-mid-sized jet, starting at $35,000 per leg; New York to Vermont ski country on an eight-seat twin turboprop, starting at $3,500 per leg; and East Coast U.S. to London, Paris or Rome on a 12-seat heavy jet, starting at $70,000 per leg. Long Beach, Calif.-based JetSuite, meanwhile, is offering a $1,995 private jet gift card until the end of 2009. The card, good throughout 2010, is redeemable for a one-way flight in an Embraer Phenom 100 very light jet. Available departure and destination points include Los Angeles, Las Vegas, the San Francisco Bay Area and Phoenix/Scottsdale. Alternatively, the card's value can be applied toward any other JetSuite itinerary.
