Despite concessions by NetJets Europe in a new contract offering in December, the company's pilots are moving to form their own union through the new NetJets European Pilots Association. At press time, a group made up of some of the pilots was expected to incorporate as a trade union under French law and to affiliate with the UK-based Independent Pilots Association.
