The location in the heart of the city will offer a design studio for customers to review interior options on their aircraft.

Wishing to improve the access to its business aircraft product line in one of the world’s top financial centers, Bombardier will open a showroom and regional office in New York City later this year, the company announced.

With a wing reconfiguration and new Rolls-Royce engines, the Global 5500 and 6500 will fly faster and farther than the Global 5000 and 6000.

The 14,000-square-foot space in the heart of Manhattan will feature a showroom where customers will be able to meet with the airframer’s interior designers to review materials, color palettes, and other options to customize their aircraft.

Over the past year, the company has launched the Premier cabin on its Global 5000 and 6000 long-range twinjets, and then unveiled its new Nuage passenger seat, which will be available on Bombardier's flagship 7500 as well as on its upcoming Global 5500 and 6500.
