Empire Aviation Group Will Open a Branch in India

Empire Aviation Group has announced plans to start operations in India, with an office opening in Mumbai by mid 2011. This will be the Dubai-based private aviation services company's first operation outside of the UEA. It will eventually offer the company's full range of services, though the initial focus will be on aircraft sales and management. The Indian aviation market is growing rapidly: 136 private jets were registered in the country as of mid-March, which represents a 46 percent growth rate over 36 months.
