Guardian Jet Soars with $2B in Bizjet Sales, New Leadership

Connecticut-based aircraft brokerage and consulting firm Guardian Jet has announced that it achieved sales exceeding $2 billion in 2023. It also announced changes in its management and leadership. The company said it experienced “unprecedented growth” in its consulting services, noting that it was the 22-year-old company’s most successful year for new aircraft acquisitions.

The company announced president Doc Dwyer as managing partner, and former vice president of sales Gabriel Bastos was promoted to head of global sales. Additionally, Meghan Dwyer was named sales director of Europe and Amber Gardner was appointed regional sales manager of West Hudson. Joining the company are John Ballenger, regional sales manager for Midwestern and Western states; Greg Sydor, mid-Atlantic regional sales manager; and Wyatt Breedlove and Brantley Gandy, aircraft market researchers.
