Gulfstream Tops in Product Support Survey

For the fifth year in a row, Gulfstream received highest honors in the product-support survey of BJT sister publication Aviation International News. The Savannah, Ga.-based company took the top spot among manufacturers of newer business jets (less than 10 years old), achieving the highest response ratings in six of nine categories, while its support of earlier models swept the older business jet group with the highest ratings in all nine categories. Pilatus topped the newer-turboprop group by the slimmest of margins, while the venerable King Air fleet took first place among older turboprops. Finally, Bell Helicopter retained the lead in rotorcraft support. Some 1,450 readers completed the survey. Full results are posted on www.AINonline.com in the "Resource Center."
