Inside The First BBJ ‘Dream Jet’

Our videographer is one of the few people who have yet been allowed into this extraordinary new aircraft, which flies for $70,000/hour.

Chinese business jet operator Deer Jet recently transferred management of its Boeing 787 BBJ Dream Jet to its partner, UAS International Trip Support. UAS, which has its global headquarters in Dubai, proudly displayed the aircraft at the recent Dubai Airshow for VVIP customers in the region. This 787-8 is the only Dreamliner in service that was built as a Boeing Business Jet, and the cost to charter this aircraft is about $70,000 USD per hour. The Dream Jet can accommodate up to 40 passengers, while an airline-configured 787-8 typically carries 242.
