More reasons to fly privately

First, airlines started charging for everything from checked baggage to pillows, blankets and bags of peanuts. Then, just when you thought they'd put a price tag on everything, UK-based Ryanair announced that it is considering installation of a coin slot on its onboard lavatories so it can charge passengers a pound (about $1.60) for each visit to the john. Meanwhile, Chinese carrier Spring Airlines is reportedly weighing the idea of putting standing "seats" on its Airbus A320s to increase capacity by 40 percent. The seats would look something like bar stools and have a safety strap. With airline mergers occurring frequently, it probably won't be long before you'll be able to buy a bag of peanuts, stand at your "seat" and visit a pay toilet, all on the same flight. Or maybe you'd prefer to just stay on your business jet.
