NBAA Seeing Double for 2011 Convention Static Display

This year's National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Convention-to be held October 10 to 12 in Las Vegas-will have not one but two static-display areas, marking a first in the 64-year history of this event. The new outdoor static display will be just a few steps from the convention center and the traditional static display will be at Henderson Executive Airport. Between 15 and 20 aircraft will fit into the new space, which will be set up in the convention center's Silver parking lot. Three manufacturers and one modification company have already signed up for the new area, with seven of the aircraft display slots now taken, according to the NBAA. As in past years, several manufacturers will show their aircraft inside the convention hall as well.
