We Test Dassault’s Falcon 8X Short-Field Landing Skills

This long-range, large-cabin trijet will make your pilot swoon.

Aircraft range and comfort are important, but no more so than being able to land at all the airports you need to reach. This is why Dassault’s latest Falcon 8X jet has been developed to need minimal runway space for landings. BJT editor-in-chief Matt Thurber had the chance to test the aircraft’s short-field performance for himself when he went flying with Dassault test pilots. The scenery in France and Switzerland was breathtaking, and so was the Falcon 8X’s performance.
