From reliability to cabin amenities—here's how they stack up according to owners' ratings.

 In a section of Business Jet Traveler’s 10th annual Readers’ Choice survey, which attracted nearly 2,000 respondents, we asked subscribers to rate the manufacturers of their owned aircraft on six criteria. Boeing Business Jets earned the highest scores for reliability, cabin amenities and technology, and cost of maintenance while Embraer received the best marks for value and Pilatus had the top ratings for manufacturer product support and overall satisfaction.
