Business Jet Traveler’s 10^th annual Readers’ Choice, which attracted nearly 2,000 respondents, included a section that asked owners of fractional aircraft shares provided by Flexjet, NetJets, and PlaneSense to rate those companies on model choices, availability of aircraft on short notice, customer service, peak-day policies, residual-value terms, and overall satisfaction. NetJets scored highest in five of those six categories, while PlaneSense came out on top for residual-value terms. View the PDF for detailed results.
